WHAT IS VIRTUAL SERVICE
Virtual Service means you can access support from the comfort of your own home. Appointments are offered by phone or videoconferencing to adults residing in Ontario.
WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
Most extended healthcare benefits cover the costs of services delivered by a Registered Social Worker.
Direct Billing available for most insurance companies.
I will direct bill for Veterans Affairs Canada.
I am a provider for Non-insured Healthcare Benefits for eligible First Nations and Inuit people. I had the privilege of growing up in Northeastern Ontario, which has provided me with an understanding of the unique needs of Northern communities. I maintain an on-going commitment to enhancing my cultural competency with openness, humility and acceptance.
CAN YOGA BE COMBINED WITH PSYCHOTHERAPY?

HOW LONG WILL THERAPY LAST?
Therapy lasts as long as you want and need it to. For some people, a few sessions may be enough and others may need more depending on the desired goals. Therapy is an investment of both time and money. Your time and money are valuable, so I try to be as goal oriented as possible in each session.
HOW MUCH DOES THERAPY COST?
Therapy is an investment and I want to ensure you get great value. We can discuss adjusting your appointment frequency to meet your financial needs or extended health benefits coverage. If you only have minimal extended health coverage, remember that even short-term therapy can be beneficial.

Payments are accepted by e-transfer at the beginning of each session.

Out of respect for each other's time, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged a full session fee.
HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

You will receive an intake form to complete prior to your first appointment.

In the first session, we will review confidentiality and begin to discuss the concerns that brought you into therapy. I will listen and ask questions to gain a preliminary understanding of your experiences. We will begin to generate goals that you would like to work toward and achieve throughout the therapy process. Together, we will determine the right frequency of sessions that best suits your needs while progressing toward your goals.
